Silver’s Writing Fever – #am writing!

I just want to let everyone know that I #am writing! I have set a deadline for the completion of my manuscript The Swamp Fairy. I know I have not been the best blog friend right now as I have not been able to visit most of you. I hope you will forgive me and know that I think of you all daily.

I will see you all soon!

About Colleen M. Chesebro

Colleen M. Chesebro is an American Novelist & Poet who loves writing paranormal fantasy and magical realism, cross-genre fiction, syllabic poetry, and creative nonfiction. She loves all things magical which may mean that she could be experiencing her second childhood—or not. That part of her life hasn’t been fully decided yet. A few years ago, a mystical experience led her to renew her passion for writing and storytelling. These days she resides in the fantasy realm of the Faery Writer where she writes the magical poetry and stories that the fairy nymphs whisper to her in her dreams. Colleen won the “Little and Laugh” Flash Fiction Contest sponsored by the Carrot Ranch Literary Community on November 2017, and in 2018, she won first place for the “Twisted Travel” category. Colleen lives in Arizona with her husband. When she is not writing, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband. She also loves gardening, reading, and crocheting old-fashioned doilies into works of art. Learn more about Colleen on colleenchesebro.com.

  1. Good luck Colleen, I’m writing too, dedicating my time during the week to my re-edits, and writing a prologue for Krystallos, and catching up on my blogging at weekends. I now have Book 1 more or less done, and Book 2 is sitting at the half way mark. Krystallos has the potential (I hope,) for a sequel. So like you I might be neglecting my blogging pals and my usual level of blogging to get things done.

  2. Blogging is fun, but it takes a lot of time that you need for writing. Take a break. We’ll be here when you return. Hugs, my friend.

  3. We forgive you – and envy you (at least I do!). Good luck with your WIP. 🙂

  9. As all your wonderful friends said, when the compulsion strikes – you must follow it! It’s something we can all relate to 😀

  10. I like the picture. I’m looking forward to reading your book. I’m working on a new one, myself -so I understand the demands.
