The Questions of Life

How do you know the choices you make are correct for that exact moment in time?

How do you know which path to choose?

Should I go right, or should I turn left?

What if the path that leads forward is the one less traveled?

How do you know what is right for you?

How do you choose?

Hope springs eternal and points the way –

It is always the brightest star in the sky,

A light that guides us on our path.

Hope is courage,

Hope is conviction,

Hope is faith,

So dream big and live large –

The universe is waiting for YOU!

Somehow, in these turbulent times, spreading a message of hope is the most uplifting thing we can do. There is so much hate and discord. It seems like we all have to be the same, think the same, believe in the same things… what happened to being individuals?

No matter what your personal belief system is, we should all respect each other’s opinions and strive to make things better for us all. Not, just a few, but all of us.

We are one race – the human race.

Hugs to you all! <3 Remember, miracles happen every day!

Colleen M. Chesebro is an American Novelist & Poet who loves writing paranormal fantasy and magical realism, cross-genre fiction, syllabic poetry, and creative nonfiction. She loves all things magical which may mean that she could be experiencing her second childhood—or not. That part of her life hasn’t been fully decided yet. These days she resides in the fantasy realm of the Faery Writer where she writes the magical poetry and stories that the fairy nymphs whisper to her in her dreams. Colleen won the “Little and Laugh” Flash Fiction Contest sponsored by the Carrot Ranch Literary Community on November 2017, and in 2018, she won first place for the “Twisted Travel” category. Colleen lives in Arizona with her husband. When she is not writing, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband.
