Re-Share: 3 Steps to Finding Spiritual Fulfillment from Within – The Witch of Lupine Hollow

“Gaining confidence in yourself as a witch is probably the most important thing you can do for yourself on your spiritual path. Reading all the witchy books and blogs you can get your hands on can be inspiring but it’s only going to get you so far. If you’re lacking confidence in your path, in whether it’s the right path for you, whether your practice and altar look like they are “supposed” to or whether you’re “doing it right”, then all of the outside sources of inspiration are probably just leading you to a place of overwhelm and paralysis…”

  1. Colleen, I have often wondered if there is a big difference between a psychic, seer, and a witch? What if a person was both or wanted to be both? i have studied or at least read so much about wtichcraft for years, since I was in my twenties, but I have only occasionally done a spell for good will and health for others. I don’t have crystals or any other witchcraft tools, except several Grimoires (Green Witch, Wiccan, Fairycraft, and so much more). I love rocks and stones, forests and oceans, The 1600s always fascinates me, and I have more candles than is probably legal (just kidding – but I do). anyway, just thought. Karen 🙂

  2. There sure are a lot of labels, aren’t there? If you claim to be a witch, that title comes with a responsibility, too. Number one to yourself, but also to your path. You bear the burden of misconception from the beginning of time. I believe that I am a Buddhist, healer, seer, empath, and faery witch. I believe in gods and goddesses. I probably identify with Wicca more than anything else. Yet, there is a dark side to all of this that I choose not to embrace. Some would say that because of that choice I’m not a true witch. So mote it be. I think we should all be eclectic, and to do what brings us the most fulfillment. Forget the labels. Be who you are. Love, show compassion and help our fellow humans. That’s the kind of witch I want to be. I know you feel that way too! ❤

    1. Beautifully said Sis. ❤ We are all our own individual. Karen is definitely gifted with empathy, she needs to explore her inner self to see where she feels most powerful. I loved this share and #1 – Learning to trust your intuition, it's something we must keep honing. I've been guided by my intuition throughout my life – often doubted, but ultimately learn every time it's been spot on. ❤

      1. Debbie, you are spot-on-right. I do need to explore my inner self to see where I am most powerful and most comfortable with. I will just use my intuition and I haven’t thought about doing that for this particular reason, but now I will. Thank you, Debbie! hugsxxx

    2. I define myself as wiccan, I am not a witch, perhaps a seer, yes. I believe in all beings of light; like angels, faeries, and even ghosts that have already ascended and have returned, no longer ghosts, and they are almost like angels, but more like guardians.

      1. I think we are who we are supposed to be. We’re all on different paths. The joy of friendship is sharing our likes and even our dislikes knowing that we are still accepted for who we are no matter what. You’re in good company, Karen. ❤

        1. Colleen, I would love to be a witch and I have all kinds of books about witchcraft and I study my Grimoires, my Fairycraft books, and Wiccan books too. I am in there ..somewhere. I am apart of all of this I think I am very empthic, a seer, and a healer, and wiccan, but witches do this too. I have a lot to learn. Colleen, my dear friend, you are amazing and you will be seeing a lot more of me on Sister’s of the Fey. 🙂

          1. Am I interested…YES! and my focus would be on being an empath and exploring how to recognize hidden gifts, and I would love to do one post per month and I will email you as soon as I return from our trip to Canada in about 10 days. Karen 🙂

  3. Our intuition is part of our power… that and the ability to recognize the divine in ourselves. My intuition is always spot on and as my experience this spring showed, amazing things happen when we tune into that intuition. You are a great guide, Sis. Karen would be an amazing addition to our Sisters of the Fey blog. ❤
